Glass Replacement and Repair Service

Broke your glass? Need it repaired?

We are able to repair your wedding glasses whether you purchased your glass from us or from another store, however, our repair service is limited to the glass items we offer on our site.

What does the glass replacement cost?
This can vary depending on the type of glass being replaced. Prices start at $7.95 per glass. Details on pricing are outlined on the order form.

What if my glasses were engraved?
If you should need to have your glasses re-engraved we can provide this service as well. If you are a previous customer or received your glasses as a gift from one of our customers, we will re-engrave your glass at 50% off our current engraving prices. We keep ALL artwork for each and every order so you can be assured your glasses will look exactly as they did on the day you received them. Non-customers will need to pay full engraving prices.

How do I start?
Please contact us first so that we may review the type of repair you need.

Over the years, the type of glass can sometimes change and in some instances we may need you to send in both glasses so that we can get an even match. In other instances, we may only need one of the glasses.

We can advise you best once we have all the details. Once we have this information, we will contact you to let you know exactly what we need you to send in. At that point, you will choose from one of the links below to get started.

What about shipping costs?
You will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. We strongly recommend that you insure the package you send to us. We will not be held responsible for any damage that may happen to the base or pewter part of the glass. When you place your order for your glass replacement, you will be charged return shipping according to the prices set by USPS on our website.
