Product Guarantee

All of our products are guaranteed against product workmanship and are imported from Germany unless otherwise noted.

We offer a lifetime glass replacement on many of our products. This will be noted on each product page that carries this offer.

We also offer a lifetime guarantee on the quality of our engraving. Please visit our engraving information page to learn more about our engraving. Read why you should choose us for your engraving needs.

If you should find a defect or our product does not meet your satisfaction we will accept returns up to 30 days from the date you received your product. Shipping charges if any, will be refunded only if your product was defective.

If you need to return your item, please call us toll free at 1-877-258-7984 or use our online contact form. We will work with you to make your return or exchange as easy as possible.

Please note that all sales are final on engraved products.

We guarantee that every transaction you make at German Toasting Glasses will be 100% secure. You will pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card or checking account as a result of shopping at www.german-toasting-glasses.com.

If it turns out that your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire amount, up to the full $50.00.
