If you will be mailing in your payment, you may place your order online and choose the option "To be Mailed or Faxed" during the checkout process. You will then receive an Order Confirmation with mailing information.

Please note that if you choose to pay by personal check there will be a 10 day clearance wait before your order is shipped.
