Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date you received your order. The only condition we require is that if you are returning a product that has not been damaged, the item must be returned in "store bought condition".

Shipping costs on returned or exchanged items which are not due to damage or mistakes are paid by you unless you have received the item damaged. Shipping costs on damaged items will always be paid by us.

In the event you would like to return or exchange your item, please email us. For damaged items there will be no charge to your account.

Please note that all sales are final on products that have been engraved.

Please allow up to two weeks for return credit to appear on your credit card statement. Sorry, but we are unable to refund shipping and handling fees unless you have received damaged merchandise.

Payment Information / Security

We use Skipjack, a leader in online credit card processing. We know how important security is to you on the Internet, so we have taken much care in choosing a reputable company. In fact, we even guarantee that your transaction will be 100% secure!

We accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard as well as personal checks and money orders. If you will be sending a check, you may still order online by choosing the payment option of "check". Your order will be received and mailed when your check clears the bank. If you would like to order fax, please visit this page.

Shipping Information

Orders shipped via ground are generally processed and shipped within one to two business days.

Orders that are shipped by Air and Express methods will take priority over ground shipments and are shipped the same day if received before 10am (CST). Air and Express orders received after 10am (CST) will be scheduled to ship the next business day.

If your order includes engraving, please allow at least two weeks for engraving plus shipping time. This may sometimes be longer during holidays and the wedding season (spring and fall). If you need your order sooner than this, it may be possible to have your item done as a "rush engraving". An additional rush processing fee will apply upon your acceptance. If you need to have your order engraved on a rush basis (which can be done in as little as one business day), you can indicate so on the product pages as you make your selections for your item. **As you complete your order, you will be asked for a "need by date". Please be sure to fill this in so that we can be assured not to miss an important date. We will contact you if your order needs to be processed in an expedited manner.

We ship via the United Postal Service only and we insure all shipments. Should there be damage we take care of the insurance claim.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Our International shipping rates are estimates only and may be subject to change. This can sometimes be due to packages getting into dimensional weights. We will contact you if this should be the case. Please note that you may be subject to import taxes duties and fees.

A note on First Class Mail International shipments:
If you should choose First Class Mail International as your shipping choice, a tracking number will be assigned to your package, but please be advised that this number is only traceable to the port where it leaves our country. Once in your country, the package is no longer traceable and the delivery time frame can vary greatly depending on the country it is being shipped to. We have seen some packages take just a matter of days and others up to two months. Although this is one of the cheapest shipping methods, we would just like you to be aware that there are no guarantees nor will you be able to track the package once it leaves the USA.

**Please note that we do not ship partial shipments on International orders. We will notify you and your order will be held until the entire order can be shipped.
