We received our things on Friday! My fiance was home & was very happy to be there to open them, even sent me pictures at work! Everything was absolutely gorgeous!! I emailed several weeks ago about a gift box for a wedding cup that I had purchased. I am a busy mom raising two great kids and am involved in a lot of things.

I paid LITTLE mind to the gift box that the wedding cup came in. Now that the impending wedding will soon be here, I have had a chance to REALLY examine the box. I'm not sure what I was originally expecting, but I TRULY appreciate the thoughtful presentation of the information (cup name, item no., address, web site) and PARTICULARLY the couple's name on the top of the box -- now that I have looked it over.

Really, it's just RIGHT. I don't have to hunt all over town for the proper size, shape or color box. So, I hope all of you who many have intercepted my email don't feel I was being an ungrateful and demanding customer.

I do eventually come to my senses with a little time and especially when things make sense. It's a great box that needs only a pretty white bow on top. Thank you very much.

I had received a pair of mouth blown and pewter wine goblets for my birthday. One of the goblets had a tiny chip on the rim. We had called and discussed the problem with the goblet and we returned it to your company. It was replaced within a week at no extra charge. I received order #'s 66-6 AND 6607 yesterday...what a surprise!!! I was not expecting them until the beginning of November, which would have been a BIG disappointment!! And they were gift wrapped...how wonderful!!!
