Returns and Exchange Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund your money – no questions asked!

Please note that returns on engraved products are not accepted.  Should the case be that we made a mistake on your engraving, please notify us immediately and we will send a pre-paid return shipping label to correct the mistake.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from the time you receive your order. Return shipping costs under these circumstances will be paid by you unless of course you received a damaged or incorrect item. During the Christmas holiday, you have up until the end of January to return your order.

If you have purchased a fragile item and need to return it, we recommend that you insure the package and enclose a copy of your receipt. We cannot honor refunds on a product that was damaged during the return to us because of insufficient packaging.  The item must be returned in store bought condition.

If you need to return a product, and are unsure of how to send it, please contact us so that we may assist you. Some items require special packaging and handling to avoid breakage.

On the outside of the box, please write your order number in bold magic marker.  Please include the original packing slip, or a note explaining whether you would like a refund or an exchange.  If you do not have your order number, a simple note with your contact information including your email address and phone number will suffice.

We will contact you when your return is received and a refund or exchange will be completed.

Please allow 2-4 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
